The TAB is a member of the National Alliance of State Broadcast Associations (NASBA).  This association is made up of all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

They have an excellent Career Page website where your job openings can be posted.  The site is located at www.careerpage.org  The home page shows the 5 most recent postings as well as tell visitors whose site it is, (NASBA).

TAB Members can register to use this website.  Click on the "Post a Job" tab and create a user profile, then, the system is able to track your postings and it will be easier for you to access information when it comes to EEO reporting. Once a you are registered, you can simply log into the member section (either by clicking "Post a Job" or "Member Login") and post jobs, review the jobs you've posted, as well as edit or delete jobs that you've posted.

When you register it will ask you for an access key.  You should contact the TAB (615.365.1840 or tabtn@bellsouth.net) to get the access key.
